Time to break out your Ninja skills! Use balance, agility, and explosive lateral movement to glide across the quintuple steps where you will leap to the horizontal bar. By grabbing the bar in your hands and pressing your feet against the angled wall you can traverse laterally until you run out of pipe and wall. You’ll then need to perform a 180 degree jump to land the next pipe and wall. Be ready for a mix of pipe and grips until you reach the end and ring that bell. We hope your moves are a good as Michael’s.
